I have been with myhosting.com for over a year with a virtual server. The host was constantly going down, connection speeds were slow and page loads took forever. I never got the uptime that they claimed. To top this off they were never able to fix a simple licence issue for the plesk panel. There support is Indian and very difficult to understand. It was almost impossible to explain what was going on even though it was a simple setup issue. This meant that every month I would need to contact the help desk and have them reinstate the licence. This process would end with them saying that they fixed the issue only to start over again the next month. When my 1 year term was up I tried to cancel with them over the phone. Although they said they would cancel they never did. When I was re-billed for $250 for the next year I called them up and was told that I never canceled and that they would not refund my money. In effect they have stolen $250 from me. I have spoken to 2 managers who all simply say that they will not refund this money. That the terms of the agreement require that I cancel prior and they do not pro rate any refund. Even though I did cance; before the rebill. NEVER USE THIS HOST. They are greedy and a scam. .
