I have called four times attempting to set up an appointment since my purchase. Lisa has returned calls only twice with today being the second call. During the conversation, my appointment was booked. She asked all her questions and then proceeded to ask the same questions again! When I told her that I already answered her question, she got rude and told me I was booked and then hung up (or so she thought) at this point she continued to rant that I “was a [censored]” thinking she had disconnected the call. I immediately called her back and told her that I heard what she said and she told me that she would not do my hair and that I needed to get my money back and she hung up on me again. At this point, I request a full refund of my money in the amount of $68.00.
