I have been getting charged every month 1 payment of £8.99 and £10.99 every month by soe commerce, soe commerce is Sony Online Entertainment and it is the portal for their games. I previously had a subscription with them and cancelled it 5 months ago. I received a bank statement today and noticed that they were charging me so i got straight onto my bank, Barcleys have filed a dispute on my behalf to SOE because they have been charging my card directly because the subscription was cancelled which the bank have advised me counts as card fraud as they have made payments claiming they have my card in their presence which they obviously dont me being in England them being in California. I have also checked on the website to try and cancel or remove any exisiting cards details that they have. there are no options to do so. My advise to anyone thinking of having a subscription with Sony Online be aware if you try and cancel the subscription they are going to continue to charge you and do not allow you to remove your card details. .
