Sousan Med Spa offers high prices on laser hair removal treatment and I don’t see that as an affordable price for a small procedure. New methods of hair removal treatments enticed me to have one for myself.

I made the appointment with no hassle and expected that everything would be fine at the Spa. On my arrival I noticed people waiting in queues and didn’t understand the reason for this since I had an appointment, I didn’t feel affected by the long queues.

The staff wasn’t accommodating to explain this madness going on with people waiting in line though they must have booked appointments to see the practitioner.

I insisted, I know what is going on and found that due to the special offers of treatments people came rushing in and had late appointments made to improvise for customers. I wasn’t happy with the arrangement or the plan for late appointments.

I looked forward to hair removal treatment but didn’t see it happening with the chaotic crowd standing in a queue. The whole time I spent waiting at the front desk to query my appointment I didn’t receive a warm welcome and a smile from staff members.

The long wait didn’t allow me to have hair removal treatment. My excitement to feel pampered had disappeared from Sousan Med Spa.

They’ve no good deals here, no proper plan and organization of appointments for customers, no friendly and pleasant staff to assist in queries and everything at the Spa made me feel terrible. The moment I entered the premises of Sousan Med Spa, I felt disappointment, dissatisfied with the professionalism of the company.

It’s a terrible feeling to have to wait in a queue when I had an appointment and couldn’t see the practitioner from the work ad of the team. This doesn’t give the company a pleasant image of their greediness for customers.

My experience isn’t worth bragging about when dealing with unprofessional practitioners and unprofessional company staff members. It doesn’t make customers feel good and shouldn’t make the company feel proud of ignoring customer’s requests.

I made a mistake to make an appointment at Sousan Med Spa, for a hair removal laser treatment. I didn’t have the treatment and won’t make another appointment there for the treatment. I wasn’t a priority at the company and won’t need to have that experience again.

They are inconsiderate, have no qualifications of the various treatments available, and don’t know communications skills to customers. I won’t recommend an unprofessional company to my friends’ families and other people in need of such treatments. You won’t receive the best customer’s service and the best treatment from unprofessional practitioners at Sousan Med Spa, and they don’t perform treatments with perfection.

I observed and noticed treatments are rushed through and this doesn’t give quality to customers. A professional company sees for customer’s service and gives a customer the best of everything, I didn’t find any of it from this Spa clinic called Sousan Med Spa.
