I spent $250 for a pair of cufflinks of which one broke immediately (literally, the first time I wore it) that I had to have fixed out of my own pocket. The second time I wore them (literally, the second time EVE) the same cufflink broke again. $250.oo and I wore them twice!!!! I mailed them back to the store who, amazingly, told us that due to “wear and tear” they could not replace them under the warranty (WORE THEM TWICE) and then. amazingly, offered to sell us a new pair for $200. This is amazing and defies logic. I am not a complaining person by nature, I understand the concept of caveat emptor, and don’t make a habit of doing something like this. However, this is utterly ridiculous. It takes a lot to make me mad. I am mad. Please please please do not ever go this place if you are in Sedona. Beautiful town, beautiful state, horrible horrible store. No one deserves to be treated like that. .
