30th August or one week earlier, I was in sparkasse Hattenheim early in the morning and I was trying to get my balance receipt so I insert card but the machine was not working and there was no warning paper. I just waited 10 minutes but my card was not coming and there was no employees and I should take the train for a work. after that I call service center and explained what happened and she gave call another person. and this girl said the card will be sent to service center in Wiesbaden and be sent to Oestrich-Winkel branch and it takes 1week and I should go there and get card and she said it is all my responsible and what I did wrong I just insert card and machine was malfunctioning and was waiting for 10 minutes but she just said go there after 1 week and then I was in Oestrich winkel branch yesterday 4 weeks later and I explained again and ask to get my card and the employee said we do not have card and on idea where it is you must have new card!! what is wrong with Sparkasse??? I was waiting for 4weeks and you guys did not send my card to this branch. I asked that employee if I try to get new card and it takes anouther 10 days and if this is happening again and she replied you should take care of your card!! How should I take care of my card better. the old machine was malfunctioning and I was waiting 10 m to get my card and nothing happend and she just repeat you should get your card!!! guy what is wrong with your process or did I do something wrong???!!!
