Arrogant, non cooperative and rude staff!

Spectrio claims to be a leading in-store marketing company with the best technology and professional services. They have ventured out into a lot of aspects of in-store marketing including interactive kiosks, Wi-Fi marketing, in-store music, on hold messaging, scent marketing and digital signage.

Being a store owner in Oldsmar, I approached Spectrio to avail their services in order to boost the business of a departmental Store I own in the city. I expected a highly professional service from this company going by its website. I anticipated some major changes in terms of both the outlook of my store as well as the sales figures.

However, things were quite different after the deal was finalised and the job was started. People who interacted with me in the very beginning were extremely polite and well mannered. However, the men who came to work in my store were completely different. These people were arrogant and did not co-operate at all as they operated during working hours while the store was open and customer schema in.

Also, the services were not at all efficient as advertised in the website as all the devices were being set up for a long period of time and the entire process lasted for much longer than the stipulated period agreed in the contract. The prices also increased with the course of time while the installation procedures advanced. The end cost exceeded the cost initially agreed upon by a great deal.

After the installation process, the system was not at all efficient. The customers found it very difficult to operate the new interface and sales fell drastically.

I urge everyone reading this post to take steps against Spectrio located at 4033 Tampa Rd Ste 103. Apart from their services being costly and ineffective, the personnel working for the company were also rude, arrogant and non-cooperative.
