07/13/2018 @1900 I went to purchase a pack of cigarettes. Two people ahead of me also purchased cigarettes and the cashier did not ask either for their identification. When I asked for my cigarettes, she then asked me for my I”d. I then went to my car to get my id, I put my $20 bill on the counter the cashier then said “I”m not serving you cause you threw your money at me” I said “well I”m not leaving till I get my change”. The cashier next to her said “come over here I”ll take care of you” then the other lady said “No you will not”. The cashier explained that she was a manager and she had to listen to her. I then said “I went to get my id even though I saw her serve to customers without identification, so if she was a manager she should know that all customers need to show their Id”. They second cashier finally completed my transaction and told me that the manager name was “Tiffany” since she was not wearing an id badge. Tiffany was very rude and unprofessional throughout my whole experience. The second cashier was very nice and apologetic. I did not get her name but she was a young African American with light blond hair. Tiffany definitely needs a refresher on customer service because she is out of control. She even said in front of all the customers “I need to get my life and get out her store” as if she owns any part of Speedway. This issue definitely needs addressed!
