I am so disgusted by the fact that a friend recommended me to Spring River Dental, If you haven\’t been here, make sure that you never plan a meeting with them, you should think twice about it. I am disappointed about how my twins were treated by unskilled and ignorant individuals. From the time you stroll in, you will know and feel the weird atmosphere that no dental specialist office here in Roswell, has… The procedure of booking an appointment is too much hard work, and I was constantly weirded out by cold and confused voices on the telephone. The dental specialists make you feel worried and annoyed when they discuss plans of medications or subsequent meet-ups with you. Much disappointment with you for your terrible demonstrable skill Spring River Dental staff! The staff is never around and not prepared to work with children. Our DA was in all respects harsh and made my little one feel anxious previously, during, and after the treatment. I\’m without a doubt going to take the majority of my family children from Spring River Dental to Familia Dental. I have 2 children that went to Dr. Carter\’s office. My 3year old is my troublesome kid. He usually speaks a lot and is never calm but he is so quiet with her, maybe because he gets nervous around her. I felt exceptionally stressed over the fact that what sort of behavior she is going to toss with my kids because they made us feel so uncomfortable. My children hate the staff and of course, Dr. Carter is on top of their hate list. The procedure was performed in less than 10 minutes.
Dr.Carter didn’t know a thing and my kid had to go through so much pain because of her. She was not gentle and warm during the procedure which made my son feel so scared. The equipment they were using was not cleaned properly and looked like they were used a million times on other patients. The clinic is full of unhygienic conditions and by stepping into the clinic you inhale so much of germs. The cleaning staff is always absent and the whole clinic looks like a trash can. 30 minutes after leaving the clinic I was called to be told my insurance wouldn\’t cover it because of it being too early. This is something that ought to have been talked about before the procedure. If this information was given early I would have held back to save some money and would have delayed my appointment. I was then told by the person who called me, \”We thought it would be secured so we proceeded with it. I took a stab at getting you before you left; however, I was not able to discover you. I\’m so grieved yet you owe X sum now.\” I hate the staff especially Michelle who is at the front desk because they are so non-cooperative and are big liars. I was certainly frustrated with how things were taken care of.
