I placed an order on their website over 10 days ago, received confirmation of my order and notice from PayPal that the money changed hands. No shipping confirmation yet, so I’ve called all times of day (the phone number is all over their website and on the order confirmation), and just get a recording that says to send an email. So I sent an email and of course it has gone unanswered.

I purchased the "Squirrel Boss" bird feeder,
I purchased the “Squirrel Boss” bird feeder, which was suppose to be 100% squirrel proof. It doesn’t keep the squirrels away. Since I put it up, there are no birds. I did email the company Squirrel Boss. I did receive a response, which stated to call 570-226-2677. I did call the number and I got the answering machine. I left a message. I did call back again later and the phone just rang with no one answering or answering machine. This is a product that doesn’t work the way it was advertised. It is not 100% squirrel proof.

The feeder came with the top cracked, i called several times and left email’s, i just wanted it replaced, they will not call me back or respond to my email’s, i dont know how long it will last. the company had no problem taking my money.
