I have damaged my underneath plastic guard on my way home from Homagama (I am not aware of the location because the road conditions were not good at several areas) and I was asked to take a police statement for that. When I asked what the police has to do with the damage to my car (I have not met with an accident nor damaged a public property cz this is the guard UNDERNEATH my car) the customer care person (Ms. Thakshila) did not have a proper answer and she didn’t know what she was saying. All I’m saying is I don’t know how a police can give a statement for the damage of my car when there is no public concern in this case. When I asked asked Thakshila to put me to a manager/supervisor or engineer to talk to (because she didn’t understand what I was saying) she said it’s Sunday and I have to talk to someone on Monday. This is by far the worst customer care service I received my entire life.
