I am a current employee of Stealth Solar. As a single mother of young children, I have been struggling to make ends meet. I really needed a job desperately and responded to an ad on craigslist, looking to hire communicators. The ad implied that I would be making $10.00 per hour plus bonuses on sales and demos. I have been and employee for almost 4 months. The money has not been great. I average $10.00 an hour. Sometimes I get paid on bonuses, sometimes I dont. If I ask about my sales or demo bonuses, I never get a straight answer. It has been horrible. The phone room is a joke. There are several convicted felons, drug addicts and ex-strippers working at Stealth Solar. If I was a homeowner I would stay away from Stealth Solar. I have been harassed by management and other employees on a consistent basis. Kevin Evans the current manager has repeatedly called me into his office and propositioned me over and over again. He has called me late at night, while Im at home and asked me to go for rides on his motorcycle. He has even offered me money to spend time with him. He is almost always drunk when I get these calls He stares at me in the creepiest way and is always calling me into his office. Just so the picture is crystal clear, Kevin Evans is the most repulsive man I think I have ever known. He is morbidly obese; he wears Hawaiian type shirts with basketball shorts. His feet are so fat and bloated that he wears sandals to work every day. His hair is straight out of the 70s. He wears Guido type necklace jewelry and has several gold rings. He is a pig in every sense of the word. I wonder if his wife knows what kind of a scum she is married to. By the way he is the son in law of the owner, Fred Richie. I have a second interview with a legitimate company this week. Wish me luck .
