The process of therapy with me may involve reconnecting with yourself and others, becoming aware of patterns that are holding you back, enhancing your self-worth, and empowerment! It will also likely involve developing new ways of managing and responding to difficult feelings, thoughts, and working on behaviors that are holding you back from living the life you want.I specialize in the treatment of eating disorders, and food and body issues. Mood disorders and anxiety disorders are other issues that I frequently treat, as are life transitions and relationship difficulties. Working with issues around fertility and pre/postpartum is another passion. I also enjoy working with couples.I believe in a collaborative approach to treatment, where therapy sessions are dialogues, not monologues, and an effort is made to balance the seriousness of your struggles with perspective, levity and humor! Through our work together, I hope you will develop increased self-awareness, personal growth, and profound healing.
