Striaight Talk just informed me that I had used up all my allotted high speed data and that my data speed would be reduced for the remainder of my 30 day service. This is bulls*!! Wal-mart advertises the plan I have as unlimited, what I’d like to know what of the plan is unlimited? The answer to this is “Frustration” that is mostly what you get trying to use the damn plan!!! If you have to call the so called and misnamed “customer service” you will get some b* in who knows where who can’t speak english well enough to understand. It takes a long time to get anything done,indeed if you get anything done at all!!
