On April 10th, 2015 I purchased 2 e-tickets from stubdepot.com to the Garth Brooks concert in Tampa Bay that was scheduled for June 5th, 2015. I received the confirmation on April 10th and I was charged on April 13th. I checked my email for the next couple of days for my e-tickets, but they never arrived in my email. On April 22nd I received a fed-ex package with 2 tickets that were clearly printed from a web page. Something seemed very strange about this as e-tickets are usually sent directly to the purchaser’s email, not printed up by someone else and mailed. I chose e-tickets to get tickets fast and not have to worry about tickets getting “lost in the mail”. On May 31st I was notified by the arena that the concert was to be held in that the concert was canceled because the hockey team that plays there had made it to the finals, so the concert could not be held there. I expected to be contacted by StubDepot about my refund, but heard nothing. I then started emailing and calling the company. I emailed all 5 of the email addresses I have for the company but never got a reply. I also called 3 different phone numbers and it always went to voice mail. I left a voice mail and was never called back. The 866 phone number enters what sounds like a hold queue and after a couple of min dumps you to a voice mail system as well. I also commented and messaged the company’s Facebook page and have not received any response from that as well. I am owed a refund, but I have been so far unable to get in contact with anyone from this company to find out the status. There really should be NOTHING on my part that is needed. The money should be refunded automatically via the same method that I paid, these are not actual tickets so nothing needs to be returned, and the reasonable time period to get a refund has past. I am starting a contesting process with my bank and will pursue in small claims court if all else fails. .
