Hi made a purchase at Styles for less a clothing store, in the city of Fontana Ca. I went in there to exchange a pair of jeans for a didfent size. Same item just difdent color deiffent size. when I was ready to do my exchange I was surprise to have a balance of $15.01. I ask why, if it was the same item just in diffent color and size. The store manager said ” oh is because you used a cupon the first time. To what I said it shouldn’ t matter is the same item. She said I’m sorry but the computer does it like that. what???!!! It doesn’t make sence to me . Dasy the store manager said that next time I return something I have to make sure the tag is on the jeans to what I responded ,well I got them with out the price tag from here, another pair of jeans was used to find out the price . I don’t work at Styless for less to make sure everything is priced. Their attitude was terrible no smiles, no hi may I help you . That will be last time I shop at that location.
