Sent Edenpure back to Customer Service Center to have on & off button fixed received a letter they are sorry it cannot be fixed. I telephoned to say please fix and we will pay we knew it wasn’t under warranty or send it back COD or I will send postage, they ” No they can’t ” me “alright we will come to you” they “we don’t know where it is”this is crazy I just received a letter saying you received it. I continued to say we have purchaced 2 heaters recommended them to others who ordered 4. All we want is ours returned we can use it the way it is. Thier goal is 100% Customer Satisfaction I also asked to speak with Michael Kovalchin Director of Customer service and was told he would not talk to me. .
