I wouldn’t have imagined this company selling me a pre-owned car in such a condition. The worst part is that they refused to replace the worn-out parts despite the car having a three months warranty.

Recently secured a job and going to work every morning by train was a daunting task. I had to force my way into the train each morning. At times I would miss the train and be forced to hire a taxi which was expensive on my side considering I was running on a budget. My boss was becoming pissed with my late attendance, and I knew this had to change immediately. The only way this could change is if I bought my own car. The pay was good, but buying a new car would leave me broke. For this reason, I decided to buy a pre-owned car. During my search, I made sure to look for a classy pre-owned car that was within my budget.
During my online search, I meet Suburban Alfa Romeo, who showcased an amazing collection. This particular dealer had a good online presence and good reviews f6tom recently served customers. I decided to book an appointment to see whether they could offer what I was looking for. I called the number available on their online website, and to my surprise, there was no one to answer. I decided to give it another shot through the live chat section. The customer agent on the side did not book me an appointment but simply shared their physical address. This was not what I expected, but I decided to visit their physical premises to see what they had to offer after work.
At their premises, there was no one to guide a client which was odd. The reception desk was empty, so I was forced to find my way through the premises. This took me around 30 minutes considering everyone available went on with their business like they didn’t see. I found the manager’s office, who was happy to get a client. He took me to the exhibition hall to show me their amazing collection. I liked one particular pre-owned 2019 Alfa Romeo 4C spider. This car was in great shape, and the price was within my budget. I decided to buy the car.
The manager explained the policies on payment and warranty. He was clear that one had to pay the full amount before they could start processing the papers. In addition to this, the car had a three months warranty in case something went wrong. I paid for the car, and the paperwork was ready the next day.
After driving the car for a few days, the engine started producing a strange sound and overheating. I visit a local garage, and the mechanic claimed that the engine parts were worn out and had to be replaced. This was strange considering the car was two weeks old. I called the manager at Suburban Alfa Romeo, who told me there was nothing they could do since they sold me the car in perfect shape. This was disappointed, and I regret having bought a car from Suburban Alfa Romeo.
