We had $200,000 to invest in a short term CD so after a couple of phone calls I scheduled an appointment with a representitive at their office. After waiting in the lobby for over a 1/2 hour past my scheduled appointment and watching another client ahead of me walk out I asked the receptionist what was going on. She contacted the representitive who I found out was not even in the office yet, he then called my cell phone telling me our appointment was 1/2 later then it actually was. I even had an email from him comfirming our appointment prooving I was correct. He finally showed up over 1/2 hour late and did not even apologize, so we sat down in his office for a bit to go over our options on the 6 month CD and a 12 month CD which had a much lower rate, so since we were running late for another appointment I asked him to shop the 12 month CD and get back to me in a couple of days. He never called me back so I contacted their Los Angeles office on Wilshire Bl and spoke with another Rep. he said since I live in Orange County he would have a Rep from their Laguna Hills contact me which needless to say never happened either. The only thing that impressed me was that they are located in a fancy hi-rise building on the 17th floor, however it looked like to me they only have 1 person at each location in a tiny office that could be cleared out in a matter of minutes. According to their testimonials on line they have many satisfied customers which I am sure is true, but what I experienced first hand, there is no way I would enable this establishment to handle my nest egg. .
