Takes them weeks to fulfill the ‘wrong’ order

Sun Country Marine Group isn’t the company for you and isn’t a reliable company in customer needs. Their staff members aren’t informative to customers for basic details of the place. I had bought a boat from them, which I had to return. It was the wrong model, wrong color and even had the wrong name. They made a delayed delivery of the boat too. I don’t think you should risk your money by buying from this careless and wasteful company.

They lack communications, professionalism, and punctuality to customers, and I know that from my terrible experience at Sun Country Marine Group. The boat I purchased wasn’t the boat I wanted and had no choice but to purchase it as it is.

The order of my boat arrived after a month of ordering and it wasn’t the color or the name of the boat that I wanted for myself. Throughout the deal and order of the boat, nobody called me or emailed me of the details and the progress of the boat order.

I didn’t see professionalism in that and felt frustrated with their lazy attitude towards working at the orders faster and to please the customer.

There was no follow up information about the boat and this didn’t make me feel pleased about the poor customer’s service they had offered to me.

The paperwork didn’t make the situation easier and the process carried on for weeks before the boat had its owners.

During the lengthy process of paperwork, I knew something is missing on the boat. I looked inside and saw there’s no comfortable seats and no luxurious boat as I ordered. I waited a month for the order and a few weeks on paperwork details and this wasn’t going anywhere.

I felt disappointed that I couldn’t have my boat in the style I wanted, and the delayed order of the boat and lengthy process of paperwork isn’t what I had expected from Sun Country Marine Group.

The whole time my experience at Sun Country Marine Group, was nothing, but negative and frustrating with the improper deals with the order of my boat. I won’t recommend this company to others in search of boats. I had stressful days, unhappy days and no apologies for lack of plan and organization at Sun Country Marine Group.

I didn’t receive quality customer’s service, no friendly people to assist me in the agreements of the boat purchase, and no communications from the team of my boat order. They don’t care to please a customer and to make customer’s service a priority at the company. I don’t appreciate the wrong order of my boat the negligence of staff to not see their mistake in the boat order.

Sun Country Marine Group is no professional company and you should search professional companies for better results in boat orders. I wasn’t satisfied with the progress I had at the company and don’t want you to feel the same in your boat deal order. This isn’t fair to customers to be treated in such a manner.
