I applied for a what I believed was an “Event Based Marketing Firm” through Ziprecruiter. I got a phone call and was asked to come in for a 15 minute interview. I got a text with direction and a link to their website and Facebook page. Both didn’t give any details to what kind of “large charity and hospitality events” that they where in charge of handling. I looked up the managers of Sun Devil Promotions and they didn’t even identify themselves as working for Sun Devil Promotions on any of their social media. So I Googled their address. 135 E. Chilton Dr. Chandler, AZ 85225 The company is Omega Auto Glass with some pretty nasty reviews. In addition the company also identified itself as “Brand Drivers” with the same shoddy recruiting techniques as “Sun Devil Promotions” I almost wanted to go to the interview for the entertainment value.
