The infomercial makes it a point of how easy it is to return supple, if one is not happy with it. This is not the case. After 2 weeks and no results, I decided to return. on the packing slip it says you must call co. To get RMA to return. I waited 30 mins before I was able to speak to a human. Couldn’t understand rep. Find out there are all sorts of hidden fees. One receives a “free” paperback book but must pay $5.95 s & h. Book isn’t actually free . I have to ship the box back via UPS. They are very expensive. They have no ability to have UPS pick up pkg. I have a broken back and hand so can’t drive to UPS. They didn’t care. I will never purchase off infomercial again. DO NOT TRY SUPPLE. .
