I have worked for them for a few years and they are very frustrating. They NEVER pay on time and they continue to get further and further out (so far always have been paid). There has been a few months where they lost some jobs I did when it came time to pay (keep good records if you choose to work for them). They have some good employees there especially the group that sets up calls and tech support for the most part is good (not enough of them and long waits ARE USUAL). I have been on hold up to an hour with tech support and 20 minutes is not unusual (looks bad to end users when you are sitting in their living room). Communication is poor between departments and some of the employees are pushy. They talk about professionalism from their independent contractors but constantly do not show professionalism from their end. I am only continuing to work for them while I am in school and cannot wait to quit. I worry often that the company is going under and I will not get paid for the work already done (out the gas money already). All this being said I still work for them for a while and the money does eventually get to you (in my experience), and if you can put up with the bad employees (the good ones help make it better), just tell yourself I will get paid eventually and don’t count on the money. This is just a warning and I hope you have a better experience if you choose to try them.
