They have a number of products on line. They cram additional software when you try to download one of their products. In my case Regclean Pro was crammed even though I deleated the check mark in the accept box. Once it loaded it ran a scan, and then would not allow itselft to be killed off without “Registering”. No amount of money was listed until I used Task manager and Programs to delete the program. In summary: They cram software and are somewhat deceptive in what they are trying to load. The product (Regcleaner Pro) is suspect because the reports it gives seem to be inflated. The product does not allow escape from their Sales / Register system. After clearing out the software a web page came up offering me the product for $9.99 with a claim that that was 50% off; their web page says the cost is USD26.95. Over all a poor performance, I blasted them in WOT as did many other.

My sister was having some issues with
My sister was having some issues with her laptop and it required a reformat. I formatted the HDD and installed a fresh copy of Windows 7 – along with the usual windows updates etc. I then returned it to my sister, and she did one single thing with it – she searched google for DirectX because a game she installed via a DVD required DirectX to function, as most do, and directx was not included on the dvd itself. She did not know what it was, so searched to find out what it was. All it took was a banner ad / popup about these programs, for the computer to become infected with this malware, and she began getting popups telling her about issues that needed to be fixed. She knew this wasn’t possible as I had just formatted her hard drive and deleted everything and she hadn’t done any search other than this, on the internet, so she closed everything and shut the computer down, and I told her I’d look at it. Upon restarting the PC I was bombarded by “Advanced System Protector” and “RegClean Pro” telling her that it has found 41 infections on her PC and requires cleaning – at a cost, of course. This is blatantly obvious fraud as there could not possibly have been anything aside from what came from this advertisement. I stress that there was absolutely nothing willingly installed or accepted on my side to allow the installation of these programs. All these Systweak programs have done is lie about there being a problem, and offering to fix them for a fee – when the only problem is Systweak itself. I decided to call their 800 number to ask them a few questions about their business and specifics about these programs, and see if they could possibly answer – however I was unable to get through to a representative after about 5 minutes of being on hold, so I hung up. Fraudulant Company, through and through. This has only managed to waste a good chunk of my time, but I feel sorry for all the people that know less about computers who have fallen victim to this deception and paid money for a problem that never existed to be fixed. Outside the internet world, this is extortion as all paying that money would do is stop Systweak themselves from harming your PC – what’s the punishment for that again? Hmm. Be very wary of this “company” and their software.
I kept getting warnings on my computer
I kept getting warnings on my computer that it was imperitive I cleaned up my computer because there were hundreds of issues that needed my imediate attention. I finally gave in because I did not want my computer to crash as they claim. On Sunday, May 11, 2014 I ordered the program for 39.95$. Their claim is that it takes about two hours to complete the processs. I receieved a reference number, 59151767 After a few hours, I received another e-mail claiming that the money was not debited from my account. That was a blantent lie. I soon found out from my bank that they did withdraw the money. Now, they withdrew my money and did not provide the service. I called their customer service department and demanded ny money. The gentleman I spoke to did try to help me with my computer; however, I still want my refund have yet to receive it. I sent a simple form as instructed on-line, and I do not have a response. I want my money back and that is the bottom line.

Do not order computer service from systweak. If you do order a service from systweak for 3 or 6 months or 1 – 2 years service… Once the service will end then systweak or an affiliate will call you threatening to charge your credit card $ 500. 00!!! If you cancel your subscription. Systweak will call you to log onto your computer to trick you into activating a virus or malware that they installed the 1st time they logged onto your computer. When I told the sales person no and that I did not want to re – subscribe… That”s when he threaten to automatically charge my credit card $500!!! Everyone please do not fall for their scam!!! They pretend to be a microsoft affiliate but thats just a gimmic!!!

I believe that”systweak” took advantage of a person (me) in a compromised state. I was experiencing trouble with internet explorerdisconnecting. This started in 12/12, the problem was never addressed. Being disabled I forgot that I had called or I never called again, this cost over $300. As stated my only income is ssdi I called the systweak again after insomnia and overmedication, and sold so much that it is going to put me on the street! I hope you believe that the business model of any co. Should never be to destroy someones life. After all this time my computer is not right. Internet explorer still drops, and I believe sysweak has a deal with google because I cannot att.net (my provider). I have spent just under $800 since december on systweak.
Systweak Software Reviews & Complaints
I bought Duplicate Files Fixer in May 2017, and paid for a year’s license (Cleverbridge ref# [protected]; purchase price $35.94). I immediately had to call customer service, as it did not work properly. Their customer service rep remotely accessed my computer, fiddled around, and got it to work–this fix lasted for less than 6 months. I went back to the program in mid October, having not used it since May. It demanded a new license key–when I input my license key, it said it had been used on too many computers. THIS ALL HAPPENED ON ONE COMPUTER; it was never installed on any other. I called tech support, and this is when it REALLY got strange. I was put onto a woman who said her name was Tina Cole (in India, really?), who remotely accessed my computer, said she was setting a system restore point (why?) but was in reality downloading some kind of software onto my computer. She then went into a relentless diatribe, talking at breakneck speed, about how I had many problems with my computer–there was lots of circling in red on various “readouts” on the screen in some software she put there, all in order to convince me that I needed MORE Systweak software to put things right. She also kept showing me that the license key showed it was expired, so I would need to re-purchase. I then dug out the email order confirmation, which expressly said that my license was due for renewal in May 2018. This stopped her for a minute, and I also asked her multiple times whether she was trying to sell me something else. She didn’t answer directly, just kept with the hard sell–it was much like a not-very-good used car salesman doing his pitch. I told her that I would NOT be buying anything else from Systweak, and if she didn’t want me to go onto the internet and trash the company as loudly as I could, she would make the software that I had already paid for work. I told her the whole thing was starting to look like a scam; I then asked for a supervisor. I next spoke to “James” (employee ID 1915), complained about “Tina” and asked what he would do to resolve the fact that my software stopped working. I also said that I suspected a scam. He said he would have a new license key sent within 24 hours–when I asked why so long, he had no satisfactory answer. The key DID arrive, I put it in, and all seemed to be fine. Then I did a series of scans, in which it became apparent that the key that they sent me just opens the software. In terms of finding duplicate files, it has been disabled–I tried it on many test folders, and it simply won’t identify the duplicates. I believe this company should be shut down. After our chat, I looked to see what had been downloaded to my computer, and performed a system restore to get rid of it; that’s how much I distrust this company, particularly after reading all the other complaints about them on the internet (I even saw “Tina” mentioned!) I would at the very least like a refund, and I’d really like to see them shut down entirely—something is very wrong with their operation. My name is Kim Criswell, email is [protected]@aol.com. Thanks for your help.

I ordered this program to clean my computer from virus. I paid for it 59.90 and another charge was for.48. I want my money returned. I called the number to find out why I get pop-ups saying more money is needed. I spoke to some guy who keep me on the phone a long time and wanted to dig in my computer to fix the problem, I thought. He was talking about buying more for 198.00. I told him I could not afford that and I thought the program I bought would take care of cleaning out all of the virus. So, I want my money back and for them to take of all of these pop-ups I am getting. I think this was just a con and they did not intend for me to get what I wanted to clean my computer. The program for the 59.90 never worked. Just more pop-ups for more money.
Systweak Software Reviews & Complaints
I purchased some softwares from Systweak over the past two years and paid thru my Visa which came out of my bank account and was fine but I called several times to cancel anymore services in June 2017 and also cancelled online with a Co. called Cleverbridge which seemed to be the billing service handling Systweak account. Subsequently I have called Systweak and they said there was not a connection to Cleverbridge. So, there seems to be a scam going on here as Cleverbridge has my bank account # and keeps extracting fees automatically(debits) from my checking account.

I purchased Systweak this week and have not been able to access online. It pops up when I”m doing other tasks and will not let me close. Nor will it accept the registry code that they sent me via email when I registered. I can”t use it, and I can”t escape it. I have asked for a refund and instead have received another registry number. I am not going to use it after reading the numerous complaints about this company. Everyone should know about their intent to defraud honest people with a product that infects the computer. M. Glaser
