The basic issue I have with them is that when we signed up we were told that if they did not deliver on their promise of getting a modification with Litton Loan Servicing, they would give a refund. Well we never got the modification. They changed agents on us at least 4 times with no notification. Calls, e-mails and letters went unanswered. And I still have not received a refund from them. I even agreed at the time to take half of what they owed us.
