* Employee at Tc* – Worked at my location for quite some time now. Complaining about the unsafe and dealthy hot air conditioning provided for the back of the house- patio air works great. Air conditioners have been broken for about at total of two and half years and still counting. I do not blame any close management at my store ( Agm/Gm) as it is not their fault at this degree. “Maintenance staff” have come to “fix” the air multiple times but each time say they have to order more parts. Corporate officials have witnessed these conditions apon inspection but have yet to get this situation under control. The work alone can be overwhelming, but try working in 100 degrees, trying not to sweat into the product. Please do something immediately about this. Not too many employees are thinking about sticking around. Thank you

10/26/19 @3:08pm Order #381290 Employee 113590 Mary. Although the person that took my order was not a girl named Mary it was a young man. He was obviously untrained, but that”s okay oh, he was in training, I guess. I don”t know how you stay in business. It took 17 minutes to get me hey Cabana sampler and there were only two people in the entire restaurant. The female manager I was cutting up and using the f word with the employees. All five of them were standing around giggling and playing grab-ass while my food was not being prepared. I was in a hurry and that is why I went to Taco Cabana. I could not hardly get their attention and when I did bring it to their attention she just ignored me, Hispanic woman with a blue shirt that seemed to be a manager. Then 17 minutes later when they finally brought me my food it was freezing cold. I remember the first Taco Cabana in San Antonio. Those people would be ashamed at what has become of this great family restaurant and name. I will not be returning and I will tell everyone I know what a shambles Taco Cabana has turned into. Like I said, the restaurant was empty and I can”t imagine how you make any money at all. You won”t be getting any more of mine. Also, on the bottom of my receipt it says for complaints to go to cabanacares.com ironically, that site doesn”t work anymore. Of course it doesn”t it is probably overloaded with complaints like mine.

11-21-2019 @ 632am . I went to Store #20259 yesterday around the same time and ordered 3 breakfast tacos. the person that took my order gave me a senior discount, without having to ask for it.. (I”m 73 years old). Today I went to the same store and ordered the same thing. After my order was placed, I looked at my receipt and noticed that I didn”t receive my senior discount. I mentioned to the person who took my order that I didn”t receive my senior discount. He then stated back that he doesn”t give out discounts unless they ask for it. This was abit odd and was very unprofessional. I asked him if he did”t see my grey/white hair. Mine you I”m also a Vietnam Veteran, not that this matters. my point is that this person (wearing a blue shirt) Think his name tag said Gregory. I think that this person needs to be retrained in customer service and how to be a professional. Needless to say that this is by far the worst experience that I have seen in many a year. I work for the Lonestar College Police Department and was in uniform at the time of this disgraceful attitude and rude manor. I asked him again if he was going to give me a discount. I went to Taco Cabana last night (09/27/2018 around 9:45PM), drive-thru. I waited about 6 minutes, if not longer, for someone to come on the speaker but no one came even after I said hello MULTIPLE times!!! I drove towards the window and there was 1 truck. I then placed my order at the window (10:05PM) (The Trio (1 sm chz qsa, chips & queso & 6 pk flauta) (sour cream for everything no guac), 3 pk flauta w/ sour cream), was asked if I wanted salsa and I then said salsa ranch and waited. I received my order at 10:22PM and could already tell it wasn”t right based on the weight of the bag and items I seen. Rather than holding up the line some more due to not being assisted, I drove to the front. Checking the bags I see there is 1 3 pk flauta, 1 3 oz sour cream, 1 small chz qsa. I am missing the chips and queso that the trio comes with, 6 pack of flautas, the rest of the sour cream AND the salsa ranch that I”m guessing, Ismael, asked me if I wanted and I requested and he HEARD. At this point I am beyond frustrated and annoyed and honestly not even hungry! I go inside and wait as the lobby person takes a customers order. No one pays any mind to me and they were no where near busy inside. Once the customer walked away I have to get this young boys attention and let him know I just went through drive-thru, what I was missing and needed exactly. While I am talking he started to open my bags and asks for my receipt. I took every single thing out the bag and broke it down for him again. He goes to drop the flautas I guess and brings a 6 pk back with 2 3 oz sour creams and a 3 pk flauta NO CHIPS AND QUESO. I am asking him where the chips and queso are since I did not see them in the bag right of hand and he is telling him there are in there. I show him they are CLEARLY NOT and he then goes to tell his boss I am guessing (different colored shirt is how I originally knew he was the boss) I was missing the chips and queso. The manager (JOSEPH RODRIGUEZ *was told my a woman who was also waiting for her food before me that she was an employee there waiting for them to fix her order and that Joseph was just helping out this store*) then yells from the flat top that my Trio only comes with chips since I got sour cream. I explained to him I have ordered this multiple times and the menu CLEARLY says chip & queso (not exact words). Joseph continues to go back and forth with me even after I stress to him regardless that did not make sense since the amount of sour creams I received were for the flautas and qsa which it comes with!!! Joseph then walks back towards the kitchen as if he were going to get my chips and queso together however starts to look at the order screen and prepare another order. At this point I raise my voice and ask if someone can get me my chips and queso. Another employee started to get it together and Joseph walks back over to the register where I was standing, starts to take off his gloves and slightly claps his hands together and slightly smirk and asks “so you want to order a chips and queso”. I repeated that I wanted the chips and queso that my order came with so I could go since I had already been at TC for over 30 minutes. Joseph. Joseph then replies very sarcastically with “well you said you wanted chips and queso, do you want just the one it comes with or order another one”. The employee that was gather the chips and queso while Joseph was being extremely unprofessional with me, brought me the chips and queso and I then left. I verified with Joseph that his First name was indeed Joseph and he said “Yes, Joseph Rodriguezzzzzzzzzz” very sarcastically! THIS WAS THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE/TC!!! I am a previous employer of TC and worked there for about 3 years. I have been in customer service all my years of working. I would NEVER act how Joseph did or go about any situations the way he did. I would NEVER catch an attitude with any customer of any sort no matter the situation. She informed me that they are a new product and all of them were like this. This let me know that they were not “bad” just very different. After asking the cashier TWICE how many pounds of meat was in the medium dinner and her reply both times was 12. You get 12 tortillas in a medium, 16 oz rice and 16 oz beans – 6 with the small, I knew it was pointless to continue trying to understand. I ordered a medium steak fajita dinner to go. After unpacking the meal, I was given a combination steak and chicken that appears to be a small order except there was 12 tortillas. I don”t know but a person would make the educated guess that if you”re ordering AND PAYING for a medium, more meat would also be included.

April 17, 2009 I went through the drive through and as I was waiting, I watched how the kitchen workers were preparing food. A Mexican girl had a plastic glove on her right hand. Picked up a rag and wiped off the counter area. Used the same hand to pick up a tortilla then stuck that same hand in the lettuce, etc. When I received my order, I went inside to talk to the manager. I explained what I had observed and said it wasn”t right and they needed to use sanitary practices. The manager apologized. Then she said, “Do you speak Spanish?” I replied I spoke some Spanish. She said, “You need to tell her – she doesn”t speak any English.” I was appalled and said, “I”m in the United States – I don”t need to speak Spanish to anyone!” Again she asked me to talk to her in Spanish. How was she taught about sanitary practices in food preparation? Really not happy about this. A lot of illegals work in food prep and that”s a scary thing.

As I have read about all of the other complaints of your stores it seems that the upper management really just does not give a dam about cleanliness in their stores. So my suggestion is that it needs to start at the top firing those that are supposedly in charge of the their areas. I have been to several stores some are much cleaner than others. If I were a manager of a store I”d have enough folks on duty to make dam sure that my store would be clean at all times, really goes not customer service mean anything anymore now days?

College Station Location: This morning I went to the drive through and was met with a obviously frustrated and short fused worker. I porceded to place my order when she interupted and said “why dont you just come inside”. I asked if something was broken. I could hear the mic clicking on and off but nothing was said. She ignored me… after waiting a few moments I drove off for the Bryan location (Typically better) Bryan Location: Once I arrived at the Bryan location the staff was much friendlier and my order was taken with no issues. The only problem I had is that one I got home I realized that my order was missing two items that I paid for and added as extra. (Tortillas and Bancon) This is incrediably frustraiting that both locations completly droped the ball this morning. I rarely complain about service or food in the manner but I am sick of continued sub par service from the College Station location in particular.

Did not come with all the sour cream guacamole jalapenos as the picture says. Extremely disappointed. Then when u tried to call ut kept saying the number was not allocated! The nachos use to be good but these were nothing but slop beans and runny cheese with a little meat..they looked disgusting..never will i go back there again. Every Taco Cabana I have gone ton is awesome, this one isn”t, wasn”t. Location is Manachaca and Slaughter Ln., Austin. The condiments bar was dirty and low, this was at 1:30 PM, Saturday. It looked like yesterday”s left overs. Needed service. That”s the main complaint I have, except delivery was slow and the tortilla I was served was cold and falling apart in the middle of my fajita.

Every time I place a catering order it is never completed or ready when I arrive to pick it up. The general manager at store # 20346 (5036 Rufe Snow North Richland Hills, TX) blew me off like it wasn”t a big deal and like my time is not valuable. I placed the order in advance with Nathan, so at least an apology would have been appropriate, but nothing was given. I was scheduled to deliver breskfast to a medical office at 7:30am, and being scheduled to address 12 cardiologist at 7:30am when they are expecting breakfast does not make a good impression on me or my business. My only option was to wait on the food. However I will never use them again for my catering orders.

Food was disgusting. I picked up breakfast after work. I work nights and was taking my kids something to eat before taking them to school. It was cold, poorly made, and tasted horrible. Goodmorning, who ever is reading this! Ive been working for Taco Cabana company Going for 5 yrs. I’m an Employee and a good worker there until i got fired for not doing a GM (General Manager) job. I loved working there at a fast food Restaurant it was fun when we had rushes. Well, Back to the storie we had almost 4 new Gm since ive been working there yeah they were cool and had no problems. My job was always to clean and restock for the next shift. Well the new GM that just started Taco Cabana not even 2 weeks ago had no experienced never worked there ever in his life just applied for the position as A GM (yeah that’s dumb). And i for 4 goin on 5 years of experienced i knew how to do everything that any Manager can do. The last GM moved to another store but before he left he told me just to help him out with the Inventory till he knows how things go in the store me as a nice guy said “yes”. There was a Taco Cabana meeting not far from where I stayed. I was not certified and not schedule to go to that meeting but i was asked if i can go so i can meet him! I went the next day to the meeting and the DL (district Leader) was there with the new GM for our store. The first thing the DL told the GM about me was ( He is a good guy verything is clean stock and his job done and you will never have any problems with him) I with a smile. Well yeah i was there till the meeting was over I went straight home to get some rest cause I worked only over nights (Graveyards).Well I went to work that night and he showed up he told me if i can help him with the inventory so I left my other crew by them self so i can help the GM. It was already 1 Weeks later he told me (You think you can do the inventory for me cause i have to do some things on the computer I was nice to say Yes?) Well guess what he got use to me doing the Inventory everyday. Third week came by it was on a wedsday going on Thursday Morning. I was able to do the inventory cause i had to catch up on my cleaning and plus we had alot of call in orders. The GM got there 3 hours before inventory supposed to be posted 30 min till 7 he asked me did you do inventory I replied back telling him no I cant today im busy He called the DL and told him I was NOt following his directions and that he was going to let me go. I worked Thursday night going on Friday Morning (Shift 11:oo pm to 7:00am) the Gm shows up at 4:30am and not talks to me i didnt mind? So I kept doing my job and I also did inventory for him still NO replied from him. Well it was about to be 7:00am till he told me I need to let you go ( fired) I asked why (He said i was aked to do something and i did not follow his Directions) I was k let me call my DL he picked and i told him i was getting fired by my GM and my DL said well you refuse to follow orders so we are going to let you go? I was mad cause that job was not mine I called Cooperate they defended the GM wich that was not right.

hello, i visited your location this morning and Kiara the gal that took my order was already unprofessional and rude. I paid, she was still rude. I asked for hot sauce with my tacos that i ordered she stated, i didnt have time to get any this morning and i dont have any. Hello, I went at my lunch time around 12:29pm and ordered a Steak Fajita Burrito thru the drive thru at the location in Las Colinas, TX 8645 Cypress Water Blvd. (Order #268) When I got to work (I work close by, in the same Cypress Water area) the burrito was cold, the tortilla was over cooked; it was dry and cracked that I could not even hold the burrito because it broke into pieces. Since it all became a mess I took a knife and fork and I was having a hard time cutting the tortilla since it was so hard. The burrito was filled mostly with lettuce and refried beans. Very little of the other ingredients, not to mention, few pieces of the steak fajita. This is not the first time I experience issues with the food and service at Taco Cabana. Last time I visited a Taco Cabana was in Flower Mound, TX (which I think it is closed now) like a year ago or so and I ordered a steak fajita bowl which was filled mostly with lettuce and the lettuce was old and smelly. Hello, My name is Nita Robinson. My grandson and I went to eat last night and I thought y”all were closed because no outside lights were on, so we drove oon past it but saw people inside so we turned around and went in to eat . We ordered 04 bean and cheese tacos and a bowl of chili. Well we got our food and the Chile was barely like warm.i went up front and ask them to heat it for me because it was cold, salty and greasy.i left it with her and after about 10 minutes I went up front to find out what was taking so long, well my child was sitting on the fryline so I grabbed it cause no one had called me. While we were waiting on it my grandson was eating his soft tacos and told me that the tortillas were hard but he was going to eat by them anyway. The sidewalk took a curve I couldn”t see so it stepped off and I fell to to the sidewalk and tried to catch myself, my neck hit on a chevy suv and I landed on my left hand and knee which got scraped and my left side of my butt. I was in a lot of pain. My grandson offered to r get help but I told him to forget it. I wish I wouldn”t if now, lit was a horrible experience last night. Hello, Yesterday 7/16/17 I visited the Taco Cabana restaurant on 5745 S Hulen Street 76132 in Fort Worth Texas at 8:50 am. I ordered two dozen breakfast tacos. I also asked for a couple of large cups of salsa ranch sauce because of the large order and my entire family loves it. In addition I asked for several napkins. Once I paid for my order I was asked to move forward as it would take a few extra minutes to make. Before I proceeded I asked the individual at the window (Cam) to please QA my order before sending it out because in my last two visits part of my order was missing. I waited about 15 minutes and my order was brought out to me. Upon inspection of my order I was missing two breakfast tacos, the large cups of salsa ranch and had no napkins. I returned to speak with the manager and when I approach the counter asking to speak with him (Antonio) I heard him reply to his employee I cant come over there right now. The employee told him it was a complaint and he did then approach me but immediately with an attitude as if I was bothering him!! I showed him my receipt, opened the box of breakfast tacos showing him the ones missing and told him this is the third consecutive visit where parts of my order were missing. I was appalled at his reaction as he shrugged his shoulders at me went back to fix my two missing breakfast tacos and handed them to me with no apology or concern. Furthermore I then asked for salsa ranch and the female employee told me they did not have any made. Really??? So what ever happened to morning food prep?? If your going to open a store for business you should have all items available for customers!!! This is by far the worst Taco Cabana location I have ever visited!! Antonio is no manager and I am not the only customer who has complained about this location since the change of management!! Sadly this location is the closest to our community but it may be worth it to drive an extra 10 – 15 min to get better service or simply stop eating at Taco Cabana all together! We have a community website which has thousands of members and there have recently been a plethora of complaints about this taco cabana location. I would enjoy seeing how Taco Cabana corporate plans to handle this because they have the worst manager in the store and as I understand it the district manager is just as bad and does not care!!! Taco Cabana has been one of my families favorite tex/mex restaurants for many years but if something is not done about the management and customer service at this location we might need to reconsider and not continue as customers. I am a employee at taco cabana I rarely ever call I I do the drive thru, front counter and line all at once, and any time I am sick or have a appointment I have to go do my bosses never care if I”m sick and throwing up to diarrhea and shouldn”t be around customers and the managers never think about the employees well being or the customers well being the general manager we have her name is beretta Jones and if she had her way she would have people that are throwing up with a flu working because she doesn”t want work., she wants to talk about getting drunk and her “bar life” completely inappropriate conversations for work., I have been throwing up have had other symptoms as well like diarrhea headaches and weak body (etc.) Well my general manager bretty Jones told me yesterday to take some imodium and get to work that she didnt care if I was sick or not., there has to be someone who cares about there job at taco cabanna to where they care about there employees because bretta jones does not care about the restaurant, her customers or her employees and as a fellow employee that is truly a hard worker I would like to ask if the main bosses to do something about this

I am complaining about the Taco Cabana in Temple Texas I believe it’s the only one there on Bruce Drive first of all the person that the window was not friendly at all didn’t say good morning go ahead and order when you’re ready by the time I got to the window the woman at the register and another woman who was preparing the food we’re both looking very disgusting they look like they just got out of bed they look like they had no energy to work they look dirty their hair was disgusting it was enough to scare the hell out of somebody I would appreciate it if you got some good workers into your restaurant establishment who are more friendlier clean and look like they’re ready and willing to work my tacos were also very soggy it was so disgusting it seem like they have been sitting there for a while I would never recommend this place to anyone in Temple Texas I’ve been eating a lot of Taco Cabanas in the past such as is Austin Texas Round Rock San Antonio and those establishments are very well maintained and management is also known to be there in case there’s a problem as well as workers look very clean friendly and ready and willing to work please take care of this before I get the word around that never to go to this establishment with people who don’t not look like they want to work who look disgusting and scare the hell out of you by the way they look like they just got out of bed thank you for taking the time for listening to me

I dined in 3 times in the last year in which all 3 were horrible experiences. I will never go back. The rice was crunchy, food barely warm, my order was always incorrect and the staff shouldn”t be employeed anywhere. All of this is an apparent reflection of the management. On the last visit the thermostat didn”t work & those few of us that dined in had to keep our coats, hats & gloves on. I couldn”t feel my toes when I left. Many people left. Most companies have district, regional and national management to prevent the above complaints from going unresolved. The Little Rd. Taco Cabana reviews should have been investigated.

I got the brisket plate. Ordered double refried beans. Still got the nasty rice. The portions are very tiny and your prices have increased dramatically, its very expensive. The Guacamole tasted horrible and really looked bad too. I Won”t be going back there any time soon. What happened to quality & proportions for the price??? Extremely disappointed! Taco Cabana was my favorite drive thru Mexican restaurant. I”m going to have to rethink my choice. I know I”m only one voice but I matter because I”m not rich!

I hate money network it makes me want to rip my eyes out. The mobile app won’t work because every time I register at some point in the process when I try to submit my information it tells me something is incorrect when its not. For example one page I typed and confirmed my email (correctly at that) and checked off 4 boxes then I can’t move past that point when I’ve done everything correctly! I have been ordering the same plate for over 10 years & never have I gotten anything that looked like my order today. The plate usually has guacamole & sour cream on the enchiladas. Also I dont believe there was any chicken at all wrapped in the tortillas & not enough sauce to even cover the empty rolled up tortillas . When I asked about it Mario got his manager who came to the window & didn”t offer to fix the order – she smugly told me that”s is how your enchiladas come… lol I dont think so !! I have used the online order service on numerous occasions at this location, and it never fails. I wait forever to get my order, no matter how big or small my order may be. Today just topped the cake for me. I waited nineteen minutes to get my food. I placed order [protected] at 12:47 pm & did not get my food until 1:06 pm. This is ridiculous. The manager said its “the screen” that doesn”t work and they don”t see the orders, if that”s the case, then somebody needs to disable the ability to order online until this problem is fixed.

I just encountered one of Taco Cabana”s rudest employees to date, her name is Luara, employee number 27198 according to my reciept. She asked me to pull up when there was no one behind me in line and when I told her, the order always seems to be wrong when I do that, so I would rather not, she got attitude with me, and gave me a dirty look and rolled her eyes. While I was waiting there for my order, my son said his sprite tasted funny and after tasting it, it ws obvious the sprite was out. I told her and she proceeded to role her eyes, again, and walk off with the sprite to get it replaced. I called after we got our food and asked for the manager and the person who answered said that was her. I proceeded to tell her my experience and she made excuses for the employee and then acted like I should have just pulled up. I told her her tone was rude and condescending and I didnt appreciate it and would be sure to say something to corporate I called back to get the names of the drive thru person and the manager and come to find out the person who told me she was the manager, was actually the drive thru person. I asked if she was the actual manager as she had stated previously, and she said she was the shift lead. I aksed if her superior was there and she hung up on me. Glad to see that Taco Cabana is employing such rude, inconsiderate, dishonest people. My sons and I eat there about twice a week, and as far as I am concerned, I will never return t this location, and the chances of me going to ANY Taco Cabana again is about slim to none. I have never been more agitated and insulted after a visit to a eating establishmenet, ESPECIALLY after I called to address the issue and was met by a lying employee. Taco Cabana should be highly embarrassed that this person represents your company, especially if she is the “Manager” as she claimed.

I just received the worst service of MY LIFE. The taco cabana in Allen Texas address 810 Stacy Road Allen tx. I went inside used the restroom and came out to order. I get to the register and order two bean and cheese tacos( which i also do) and the guy runs my card he said declined. I thought that was strange didn”t pay attention to it so i pull out my American Express card that one also declined.( now I”m worried) Then i pull out a capital one card and that one too declined. So i use a gift card that one also declined. I explained to the man i have money on all four of these cards I”m confused. The man at the register stated “that it worked before i came here its my card”. So i leave out upset, and worried. So i call my credit card places and they all said fine. I go to race track next door to the shopping center which the taco cabana is located and do four separate transaction for some candy and they all worked so i was relieved but sill embarrassed. so i call up to taco cabana and proceed to complain. the “manager” on duty hung up on me three different times and told me it was my cards. is this how you treat people? if so i dont need to ever return. I was humiliated and my cards actually worked. I will never go back. IF you track my cards you will see i go there at least once a week and order the same thing. there is nothing but high school kids that work in there and they are extremely rude. I keep asking myself WHY DO I CONTINUE TO GO THERE!?!?! Truth is the food is good. BUT the service sucks!! Its ridiculous to wait 20 minutes in line for 4 potato and bacon tacos. And when you see the pictures of the tacos I ordered that would have taken 5 minutes!! This happens all the time! The Taco Cabana at Hwy 290 and Tidwell in Houston, TX is the worst! I ordered mixed fajita nachos and 2 chicken tacos, and when I got home I had 2 tacos with no lettuce no tomatoes, just meat on a crunchy shell. the sour cream and guacamole was placed in a to go container that they could have kept, due to it was barely anything in there. this is unacceptable to be half assed where I spend my money. I ordered online through Taco Cabana website. It was for delivery and was the closest location to my home. Less than 3 miles. I was not feeling great but needed to eat. I ordered and paid, food was to come in an hour. Then I find out it’s through Door Dash. It took more than an hour and a call to Door Dash to find out where my order was. Food arrived in a styrofoam container, no bag and chips/tortillas were missing. I asked the driver where were my items. Said that was all. Opened the container. Food was cold and congealed. Rice and guacamole looked old. Not happy. I could not reach customer service. They did not answer. Nor did they call me back. I have not been able to submit request for refund because that part of the website is disabled. Totally not going to go back.

I paid that $30 for chicken fajita meal that is supposed to feed 6 people. The amount of chicken was so scarce that this was not enough to feed the 6 people on my team. Also there several burnt pieces in the container. I placed an order for a work event for two dozen breakfast tacos for pickup at 0730 on 10-30-2019. 1. I arrived at 0720 to pick up the order (a little early). I saw my order sitting on the counter already completed. The door stated that they opened at 0630 hrs. Why was the door still locked at 0720? They saw me and wouldn”t open. 2. The motioned me to go to the drive through. I pointed to the food that I was here to pick up. They didn”t care. 3. I went to the drive through…waited 10 to 15 mins for just two cars to get served and there were two more ahead of me. I was picking these up for work and they are making me late. I pulled out of line…went back to the front door, and they finally opened it a little after 0730. 4. When I went in I asked why it was very clearly written on the door what the hours were and why the opened the door an hour late the response was “the door was locked”? I repeated why does the door say 0630 and it was locked so I couldn”t pick my food up. He repeated…”the door was locked”. This was completely unacceptable and I will never rely on this store to do an order for me again. Issues: 1. Store opened an hour late when they clearly saw customers outside 2. My food was prepaid and sitting on the counter and they wouldn”t let me in or bring it to me even after I pointed out to them that I was here for that food 3. Waiting not only allowed the food to get cold, but also caused me to become very stressed because I was running late for work. 4. Employees were uncaring and didn”t seem to care that they were not operating the dining room as advertised.

I placed an order in the Drive thru line for 1 pound of Chicken Fajitas and a small Chicken cassafilla. The Caass. was ok the Chicken Fajitas was not. I got more peppers and onions and than Chicken. In fact I thinks the order was less than 3/4 of a pound. There weren”t any plastics ware and more inportant, there weren”t any sour cream, lettuces or quamole to eat the Fajitas with. The Chicken was greasy and not much flavor. I have tried Taco Cabana in the past and was happy enough to try them again, however, after this experience, I probably won”t be. I will make sure my closest friends are aware of this experience. I have over 28 years of experience working in the food industry and I have had my share of bad service and I have correct them. I recently ordered bean and cheese nachos. I loved the nachos. I was not told I could request shredded cheese instead of liquid cheese. I was informed the large order was no longer available. What I got was a soggy mess. I had to eat it with a fork as the chips were so soft and falling apart.There was no favor. I understand saving money but at what cost. Take the taste test. The way they look is also important. It is hard to eat something when it looks gross.
