I went to the Tampa Dental to extract a broken tooth surgery. The pain was extreme and I was in real hell and my tooth was broken off below the gum line. The dentist did the topical numbing to my mouth, but I could still feel pain while he was working on me. When I made the sound ‘ouch’ because of immense pain I was in, he did another needle and called it block. He insisted me I should not be able to feel anything, and lectured me he should have given me a topical and not a block. He was irritated and verbally snapped at me, while ruding verbally tapping his finger/instrument on the table I was laying on while waiting for the numbing to engage in my mouth that he didn’t wanted to give me at the first place.
At while I was waiting lying there they come in with a bill for me to sign in while I am on my back, staring at the ceiling. Paperwork should be conducted before a service or after a service don’t they know this simple thing and not when you are in the middle of a procedure and are on your back without your glasses on. Even after the surgery was completed I could still feel the pain and thus made a call to them when reached back home. She persisted to tell me how other people have multiple tooth pulled out and are not in the pain as I am.
Are you kidding me??? I just had a surgery! A horryfing experience to say at least. If I knew about them before I would have never chose them to work on my mouth. Horrible services, rude attitudes, followed by zero satisfaction. I would not recommend them to anyone even if they were the last dentist in the world.
