On 8/12/15 I bought products on tanga site on a saturday, requested cancellation of some of the items on sunday morning. Got an email on monday morning that items are already shipped. I then got a notification notice in my email on wednessday morning. This is when I felt lied to, so i refused to take receipt of all of the items and requested my money back. They were asking me for tracking number of the items so which I never took receipt. They refunded some money out of $308 they refunded first $143.60 and $$12.99 leaving an outstanding balance of $151.50. On 9/4/15 I got an email saying they would return all my money but Tanga refused to give me my full refund for items that I did not received. Tried over weeks to work with the company but they refused to give me my full refunds. I after i filled a BBB complaint they sent me some items in the mail that I had to go to the post office to sign for, which I did not open but refused to take possession. Its been about 2 months now and I want my money back.
