This was the second year of us using them and is also the last year. At first when we used them it felt ok even though we knew that the price was very expensive. They very nice to talk and had friendly behavior so I signed up for the next year too even when their services were not up to the mark as per they were charging. That was my biggest mistake. I called several times to them to follow up on what was going on and asked for the person working on my case to return the call, which she never did.
When I called and complained about it, they would just switch me over to the another caseworker that even didn’t return calls either. My main problem is that they sure suck the bank draft out on time but they don’t have time for customer. In my opinion they have had been extremely poor.

I asked my case worker if she can email me something so I can follow up with a phone call. She never did. They told me they would call me on a certain day and that day hasn’t come till day. I am writing this review in hope that no one like me will go through what I have gone. I don’t think that I got the money’s worth at all. Something need to be done about this Company. I don’t see how they can maintain a good standing at BBB.

They take advantage of people and are nice and helpful until they get your money and once they get what they wanted you have to beg for the information and paperworks showing that they have done it. Then they even argue to you and lie and try to blame you for your action.
