Don’t know what to start with. Well, by my own fault I booked the wrong date. I thought that it was such a little thing, they will fix it fast. But I was wrong. First of all, I had to wait for 30 minutes before somebody picked up the phone. I explained everything and they asked me to wait for them to call me back. It’s been 2 days. And there’re 3 days left before the wrong date. Where are you? For some reason, they don’t answer… UPD. Several minutes ago I got an email stating that my booking was canceled, but I will get a partial refund… I guess my adventure with these guys haven’t finished… 🙁
