As ridiculous as this sounds, I found the product Pure Green Coffee Bean Plus after watching a Dr. Oz show. I ordered a Free 14 day trial on line to see if it was a product that may work for me. When I received the product on 5/21/2014 it was a bottle with 60 pills. I immediately called customer service. The representative would not tell me how to send the product back. All he would do was try to sell me other products and tell me that if I sent the product back I would be missing out on a great opportunity. I kept telly the representative I did not want to be part of a hoax and all I wanted to do was send the product back. I had not opened the product and I did not wish to be charged for anything. After almost 30 minutes the representative stated that if I kept the 60 day supply he would on charge me $39.99 and cancel my membership. Then on 6/02/2014 I received another shipment. I immediately called to ensure I was not being charged and asked where to send the product back to. I was told I did not have an account that existed any longer and that their records showed my account was cancelled already. Then I received a third shipment on 6/19/2014. So I looked up on my bank statements to see how many times I han been charged. Sure enough I was charged for both products. I called the customer service number that was on my bank statement because I was fearful that if I opened the package I would not be able to return the product. After speaking with a very rude customer service representative I was told that my account had never been cancelled. She recapped my account stating that I had only received 2 shipments when in fact I had received 3 shipments. The representative stated that was impossible. I asked her if I could send her a picture of the 3 bottles I had infront of me. I was also told that the customer service number that the company gives you on the reciept they send you with the product is not the right number for a customer to call and cancel their membership. I did not sign up for a membership I signed up for a free trial and now the company will not go away. I feel that their actions are very fraudulent and that at this point they are harassing me. Please do not fall into the same scam that i did. My hope is to not make money from this but to put a fraudilent company that take advantage of people like they do out of business. They give online companies a bad name and need to be put out of service so they stop scamming people!
