My boyfriend and I purchase a puppy back at the old location in pines, the sales girls was helpful . We initially wanted  a Yorkie, but when the salesgirl let the Kings Charles Cavaliers out I instantly fell in love. Everything was explained very well and in the end that was a better fit for the family. I also ended up naming her Lisa Marie after the salesgirl since she was so nice and it was so perfect for her.

I went to their new location at Davie since I am looking for the another puppy and I have never been so disrespected. They wouldn’t let me see any of the puppies even though I told them I was a serious buyer  who have purchased years ago, I was sick by their behavior they treated me like I would run away with their dogs. I know the big dogs are hard to handle but I wanted to see the bigger ones and not the teacups. The sales girl gave me so much attitude and looked at me like I couldn’t afford anything out there. After about 5 minutes she goes from the front desk and start chatting with her friends and laughing and completely ignoring me on the floor as I would not exist.

I don’t know what happened to their old staff but the new ones are rude and it makes me not want to return your store ever again. Donna and Eleanor really need to look into having a professional staff and not a bunch of kids who do not appreciate having a decent job. There was a puppy in the store who seemed distressed pacing and treating up her crate. I asked her how much time it has been there and the reply was six months! And they do not let him play with other puppies too which was so inhumane I would never return to them again.
