They failed to fix a flat tire, yet they charged for the job “done” . Because of the need I got new tires the next morning, they offered a “discount”. While the tires were fine, the sensors were not, they broke them and I got charged an additional $40.00 for “new” ones. When I took my car there, it had special custom stainless steel valve caps with ruber washers, I got them specifically to protect the TPMS sensors. When I went back, I found they replaced the custom stainless steel valve caps by cheap plastic ones and after asking them what was going on, they told me those are the ones to be used with those sensors (the biggest lie ever, any cap will fit those valves as they are standard). In addition, in order to get my sensors fixed (after paying in full for the tires, sensors and service) I had to go there day after day for two weeks, not just begging Ronny to do what he promised and was paid to do, but also having to deal with his attitude and with him leaving the place without fixing my car. In addition,he would not contact me directly letting me know my car was not fixed, he would rather disappear and let his coworkers deal with me. I finally got to speak with him and push to get my car fixed that day, however, after letting him know about the caps, he made sure he humiliated me and then acted as if he was too busy to take care of the issue. I really had a horrible experience in this place. The people at Tech Automotive Service took my money, did not do the job on time, gave me the run around for more than two weeks and ultimately swapped parts of my car and humiliated me. I would not recommend this shop to anybody. Do not take your car to Tech Automotive Service at 19 Saw Mill River Rd in Hawthorne, NY.
