BUYER BEWARE I submitted two separate orders for three items – totaling $75.00+ and this was 4-weeks ago. I have submitted two tickets and three emails to their customer service help desk and have not received a single reply. The first package I ordered is going on 5-weeks. I sent another email requesting a refund and once again, no response. I guess I just lost $75.00.
