We used vox on hold for 5 years and were very happy with it. When it became apparent that we no longer needed to pay 60 a month i called to cancel my contract. When i was on the phone on 4/21/15 i asked if they could make a quick 30 second recording for me as i was paying 2 months in advanced as requested per my contract. They said sure pay the bill send back the equiptemnet and we will make the recording. Then when time came to make the recording everyone started telling me no. No we cant not do this as your account has been canceled. After nurmous message that were not returned i finally got a manager on the phone who totally ignored my contract and told me that since i returned my equiptment my account is closed and no more recordings will be made as i no longer have the eqiptment to play them on. I told the manager where does it say this on my contract and she said it does not but she will not make the recording for me now. In my mind the manager did not care about my contract and made up her own rules just to not provide me service. Considering i paid this company over 4000 dollars in the past 5 years and all they did was make one recording for me 5 years ago i feel scammed at this point. Not over the money but over the way i was treated as a customer. That before i canceled my account telovox was there to help me but after i canceled they refused to provide me with the service i paid for in advance. .
