Bought a Tempur-pedic Choice Luxe, Very expensive but I liked the adjustability. Just short of two years from purchase, one of the air chambers developed a leak. Without the air in an air adjustable memory foam bed it is just a soggy hole with no support. Called Customer Service and they had me do several troubleshooting steps and wait for hours to determine where the leak was. Leak was in one of the bed air chambers. Called back, CS rep said he could schedule service call in about four days. Not great but acceptable. Then rep says “ah, ah, ah, can I put you on hold?” after long delay he came back and said the chamber is out of stock (evidently they have had to replaced a lot of them). He said it would take a little over two months to get it in stock. After going through two levels of supervisors who did not really care if I had an unusable bed for such a long period of time, I was told that they would put in a request to corporate to replace the entire mattress, but was not confident they would go for it. If it is approved by corporate it will take at least two weeks to get the replacement mattress and then they will reschedule a service call. So at this point I will be sleeping in a soggy hole or on the couch for, if I’m lucky, two and a half weeks. But more likely it will be two months or more. .
