This is a very expensive service and I excected a professional organization. They go through great lengths to have you fill out numerous profile questions about yourself and the EXACT type of person you want to meet and the absolute top requirements. They also take your photo which I would assume is used in the profile provided to your match. I was told about “quite a few” woman fitting my requirements were available. Later I found out they do not provide photos or a physical description of your “match” even though all online services provide these. I met my first “match???” about 5 days later. She met NONE of my main requirements and I was pretty upset about that. (I specifically listed fit and healthy). The “match” was 50 lbs overweight and hardly healthy. Then they sent another total mismatch and by then I asked them if they even read the profile forms I filled out? All I got was a bunch of mumbles about “this is a process” of getting feedback from me. Why bother to give me pages of forms to fill out describing my top requirements and not using them?? Then I got nothing for 3 weeks. I guess all the women they told me about when I signed up disappeared. I stopped payment on the remaining 3 payments I owed them. Got a call that the payment didn’t go through and why not. I told them how upset I was that I had paid for 2 lunches for women I should never been sent. I got the same “It’s a process” BS that they provide dates and I have to tell them what I liked or didn’t like. My response was that the only “process” was ripping me off for $1000 and if they wanted they could sue me for the balance. My advice is you are much safer, and get more for your money with many of the available internet sites. At least you get a photo and a description of the person up front. I still don’t know why they took my picture if they had no intention of using it to let someone see what I looked like. I think they just send you people as they sign them up regardless if they fit your requirements. Someone needs to file a class action suit against this company judging from all the similar reports I’ve read in this column.
