Texas Station, a motel which you pay for to stay in, and the facilities you get are not even available. You are staying in an old house when you are young and you have to pay extra. You do not even get the amenities in these rooms. There is no refrigerator, no microwave, and no coffee maker. You only have an iron and an ironing stand. The furniture is very outdated and broken. You are paying for staying using stuff whose value is below $20. And the broken furniture (which is already a bad thing) also has bugs on it. Some bugs are roaches, crickets and bed bugs. The carpet was stained. There was even broken glass beside the bed which made staying there even worse. There was no quality and class. And the staff is the rudest ever. My friend Alan’s uncle died. After his funeral, they all went for the buffet. They told the cashier they were twenty people. They would pay separately but they wanted to sit together. The cashier told the manager about this and the manager made them sit in each of the corners. And the surprising thing was the room was not busy so they could have easily sat together. He told that made everyone even more upset. And I did not even come to the food. My neighbour Ashley went there and said that the food tasted as it was very old and spoiled. It was stale and she even fell sick after eating it. She also told me the main desk smelled like an ashtray which had not been emptied for ages. Even the rooms smelled like marijuana (note it was a non-smoking room). And the management did not help a bit. They had to remove the smell themselves using deodorants. She also had a do not disturb sign on the door but still, the housekeeper came in. They trick people and tourists by uploading fake photos. They steal your money and time. The service is very slow. My friend Tina went there and while eating she asked for water. It did not arrive until asked again. There is no hot tub or swimming pool which most people look forward to when they stay at a hotel. The casino machines are also very irritating. Some are rigged, others do not give money and some are just not working. Safety is also a problem as you can easily lose your belongings, even if you are careful. And, if you lose something, the security does not care as it is not theirs and you have to do everything. The price is not very high. But upon checking in and checking out they charge an extra fee for things you do not even need or if you need they do not give you even if you pay for it. I do not think I need to go further into the details and tell you how bad this whole restaurant is and you should not come here.
