I have called 3 times in a 2 weeks about my order from beermachine.com, 1 time i called said warehouse computer down, 2nd time they don’t know anything, 3rd time ask for a supervise an the person was very rude and said power lines where down and told him about order, told him about receiving payment but no shipping date. He asked who am i am, said i’m a customer, he replied like he don’t care. This person i talk to was not a superviser!! I’m telling everyone they want you money an don’t want to send orders out. So if anyone one wants to order, youwill be waiting a long time!! .
