Customer service is atrocious. The phone line was never answered on two separate occasions, and notification that my part was going to be a month and a half late was non-existent. I had to email to find out it was delayed, and another time to find out it was delayed again. After the initial order confirmation email I was never notified about the status of shipment, or given a chance to check the status other than the phone number which was never answered. When email replys came back to my email inquiries, they never onced apologized, and responded as if this was business as usual for Brinkman.
