Warning! First of all. I to totally agree, The Shakib Family. Criminals are ruthless. I lived there for 6 yrs, thank God I traveled a lot. The Managment never wanted to replace light bulbs, air vents Or window fixtures. Or they wanted you to pay for the equipment and do it yourself”” I almost had to sue them to replace the washer & dryer that kept ripping up my clothes.. They allowed some people to have pets & some & some peoples pets terrorized tenants..very rude management.. One week I was gone, it rained really bad & The water leaked thru the glass blocked window and ruined my carpet, the wall boarders were soaked. I had to move to a hotel til they cleaned it up. Then it was the alley noise, the dumplings in the alley, the Transients that would show up & play music… every Aug-Sept the termites would come from inside the walls to get out the bathroom window, would have to fight them in the showers every year. Then when I moved out, they had the nerve to want to charge me .. I had the apt cleaned, with No nails in walls or markings. I had to wait 4months to get my deposit back, of $1,700 deposit, the only sent me $800.00.. I took them to small claims for the full refund. Warning!!!!! Don’t be fooled…great location, horrible Management… Beware of the Managemnet scam, the fake maintenance man…. .
