I was so disappointed not just with the result but the way my case was handled. I had to take my case away from them because of their lack of communication. I was in a car accident and was injured but they were thankfully not major injuries. But my car was totally wasted. I was even quite livid and wanted to file a case not just about the insurance coverage but also against the driver who rammed his truck into me. I contacted The Crim Law Firm and set up a meeting and told them about my situation. They sounded really professional and looked very keen on taking up my case. They did not commit but said they were quite sure that I could get a good amount for settlement as the accident had caused me physical injury, mental agony and also trauma after the accident. I was really happy when I left for home that day and hopeful of being given justice. Oh how wrong I was. I called them a couple of days later and the attorney I had spoken to regarding my case was not available for a call. I tried again for two days straight and got the same response. After a week of our first meeting I got a call back and said that they had filed the case in court. I was hopeful again and happy to hear about some progress. But it was the same again. I never received any updates from them and had to do all the follow up. After a couple of hearings, I got tired of doing the follow up. I spoke to them personally and also mailed them to let them know of my disappointment. Nothing improved, still no updates and I had to finally change my lawyers.
