Company stole property from me that was given to me by a generous customer that knew i was starting over and wanted to help by giving me 2 tvs, stereo, surround spnd dvd system and a computer desk. The final touch owner, Jay Shine claimed he was going to put it in his storage for safe-keeping until i move into my place the following day. I question it then…he told me he did not want me to keep on the worktruck. I was living in a shelter at the time. Two days later ,Jay terminated our working arrangement . He issued me my overdue pay in form of a company check which for twp days would not clear the bank it was written on. After threatening to take check to the District Attorney’s office Jays partner arrived at the shelter to pay me cash and collect check. With this money i was finally able to move into my apartment. Things got worse when they ignore my calls for over two weeks. I finally left a detailed voice message at their office regarding my disdain feelings on them not responding to my request to come collect my property. Jay finally text me back claiming to have a letter from the. customer stating she gave all the property to the company and not to me. I contacted the customer and she vehemently denied such a letter exist, she has no contact with the company since the day i moved her, and she wants to provide whatever proof necessary to expose this blatant dishonesty. Jay and the final touch have yet to do the honorable thing. Its going on two months. I can’t believe they’re going to make me litigate. If anyone else have been scammed by The final touch please contact me to join action. .
