Looks like things finally caught up with them. If the justice systems works, let these thieves lose everything they have. Money, houses, family. That includes the owner, lawyer and employees. The lawyer needs to be disbarred. Look up the code of ethics/moral lawyers must adhere to. No moral/ethics/values here. Also has issues in the states of WA, CT and a few others. Hope the victims recover what they are able to.

We contacted Foreclosure Law Center after our mortgage company wouldn’t work with us to do a loan modification on our home. Sheena Gordan and Ms. S Johnson were all willing to help us, telling us that they were in contact with Chase. I even had a couple hour long conversations with Sheena, about what was going on, our financial situation and so forth. As our Sheriff’s Sale on our home got closer we kept in constant contact, doing everything in a timely manner for them to get the modification done. A couple days before the sale they called my husband and said that Chase had denied the loan modification because it was too close to the sale date and suggested to him to file for bankruptcy. My husband was over 1800 miles from home and that was impossible to do and it wasn’t something we thought was a good idea. After the Sheriff’s Sale we tried to contact them and see when things were submitted, and what went wrong. That was in August and I am still waiting to hear anything back from them, and its now January.
