I entered a contract with Amy Jackson-Miller in September 2014. Amy contract stated she would find me employment within 120 days if not she would provide me a full refund. I paid Amy 5% of the annual salary I desired. I initially told her one annual salary but she convinced me that with my skills and education she could get me more. Amy assured me that it would not take “no time” to get me placed. Prior to signing the contract Amy was very informative(scamming) and was able to be reached however once she received my check the communication came pratically non-existent. After 6 weeks and many phone calls and emails to Amy she finally sent me a resume which was practically what I sent her just a different format. Most communication came from me calling her numerous times and emailing in effort to see the status of my placement. Needless to say this was a very stressful and draining 120 days. In a nutshell please beware of this woman. My contract ended in January needless to say I did not get an interview nor placment through Amy Jackson. I have yet to receive my retainer that she charge me; which was thousands of dollars. If you are looking to scammed call Amy Jackson Miller. She speaks very well and will send you what appears to be creditable references. Her website is full of great accolades from people she states that she has done business with. Do not be fooled by this. In April 2015 my attorney sent Amy a certified letter asking that she refund my retainer and what law she had violated. Amy to date has yet to reach out to make any attempts to refund my money. I am hoping that no one else will be a victim to Amy Jackson-Miller aka The Headhunt-ress. I have come to the conclusion I wll never see the thousands of dollars I paid Amy Jackson Miller for a service she did not provide.
