Buyer beware! Ordered DVD set for Christmas on 11/27/2017 with estimated arrival on 12/18/2017. When I inquired why I still did not get it, they told me to wait til 1/3/2018. No tracking available. They took my money and I don”t have anything to show for it. There is no one to talk to. I don”t think this is a legitimate business. 1/5 Update – I did get an e-mail that a refund was issued. We”ll see. 1/10 Update. I did get a refund for the item, but not for the shipping of the item I never received. Apparently, I was responsible for not getting the item. Was it ever shipped? Can I get proof that the item was ever shipped? They don”t even have the item on their site anymore. Nice racket – keep the shipping from every item you never ship. Even if I have to pay a little extra, I will stick with Amazon. Beware!
