Due to a leukemia diagnosis several years ago was unable to pay the balance on my son’s account, and had to move out of state due to financial reasons. We recently moved back, and my son needs to have his ortho brackets removed as they are causing him pain and going up into his gums. After scheduling an appointment, the office manager Kim called me back and was unwilling to work out any form of payment plan, and refused treatment of my son until the full balance was paid in full. We are still trying to get back on our feet financially and do not have $1200.00 to pay out immediately and so was advised that my son will just have to suffer. She would not allow me to talk and hung up on me. I will bad mouth this office to anyone and everyone I come in contact with and will never pay them a dime. Why should a child have to suffer, because all they care about is money and not the health of my son. .
