I am a homeowner at 676 N 12 st Grover Beach at a townhouse complex called “Five Season’s . There is an HOA with 5 members plus a landscaper who is friends with the president of the HOA. I had my townhouse up for sale last year for 3 months. Quicken Loans gave me a preapproval .Management Trust billed me online $500.00 for for bylaws. I thought this was outrageous.I could not sell my townhouse unless I paid. I have copies of the bylaws. I could have made copies and given them to who ever bought. Quicken loans then said my preapproval would not pass as the realtor tried to sell me a place that was over my budget. I right away took my place off the market and called management trust to get my money back. Audra Murphy who is our management company representative gave me the billing department. They never called me back. They asked me any questions. It’s been over a year and I have never seen my $500.00 back. Rip off.. There is much more that management trust has done but I sent that to Kamala Harris. Thank you for letting people post when companies screw people over. It’s not right. .
