The Mirage is a Polynesian themed and casino resort located in Las Vegas, Nevada. The venue provides amenities such as dolphin habitat, an outdoor pool, and indoor saltwater aquarium, plus several bars and lounges. There is also a casino and live entertainment. People would usually visit there for their vacations but lately, it has become a hellhole. I’m not the only guy saying it, although my experience was really terrible. Their customers have been disappointed with the services at The Mirage in terms of their customer services, their food, and the management. Some of the customers claimed that they try to steal your money regardless of delivering quality services and will try to charge you twice.
I had gone there because there was an event related to my daughter. The staff members were rude with me, especially the front desk staff, which were very rude, and showed a disgusting attitude towards me. I did not wish to stay there after such a disappointment but because of my daughter’s dance competition, she had to. The staff would not let me check in the hotel even when I had the confirmation number, and the credit card I used to book with it was denied to enter. The lady at the front desk offered to make another reservation and then only they let me enter. I was furious to hear that because it meant I had to pay twice for it. I really hated this experience.
You always need to make sure that you should be always dedicated to your customer’s needs and wants and always deliver quality services to them, But the Mirage have failed to satisfy their customers because of the awful services they had. One of the customers who went there checked in to the hotel and was disappointed to find out that the room was unclean and dirty. The bathroom was outdated and dirty, ceiling bulging in the shower; cracked bathroom floor tile looks like the room was in a dire need for a renovation. Despite paying so much all he got was disappointment from them as he also found out that house-keeping did not clean the room for two days. This shows how The Mirage is serious about their customer’s problems and helping them out from it. As far as now The Mirage has failed to deliver what the customers expect them from.
One of the customers who went there said that he got in late from the airport so did not get in bed until 1 am as he was in a dire need of sleep. The customer said that around 7 am he was woken up to a vacuum hitting the door and the cleaning staff was talking so loudly. He got upset and called the front desk immediately to let them know, as he was amazed to see that the lady at the front desk did not like this at all and was very rude. The customer immediately switched his hotel and never wished to visit again.
