The Pony Box promised an amazing gift box that boasted a collection of items horse owners need for the care of their horses. This was supposed to include sport boots, polo wraps, equestrian themed jewelry and items you would attach to your saddle, products used in caring for your horse and treats. The company provided a deadline to order so that the gift box would arrive by Christmas. We, along with others who ordered even a month before… placed our order and pre-paid for the purchase before the deadline for Christmas delivery. The box arrived incomplete. We were told that the sport boots were not delivered to them as promised by the supplier. Later we found out that the supplier was another company owned by the person who started The Pony Box!!! The box also arrived late, after Christmas. Something which he were never informed of by The Pony Box. After significant complaint, the owner Megan Bradform accused the shipping company of being the issue. Her shipping company is the same company I use for my own business and I was able to find that her shipping date she was claiming was a lie. She didn’t ship until 2 days after the date she was claiming. We were supposed to get the missing sport boots in January after the owner Megan Bradford claimed they “finally arrived” (from her own company). It is Febuary 8th and we have still not received our Sport Boots. The polo wraps that we received from The Pony Box (that were supplied by the owner Megan Bradford’s other company Mae Equestrian) could not be used because of the amount of seams sewn into the polo wraps would put pressure on a Horse’s tendon’s and cause significant issues when used. We have been promised another Pony Box with all of the items promised. That was on January 4th. It is now Febuary 8th and we have still not received the missing sport boots, replacement polo wraps or the new Pony Box promised by owner Megan Bradford. This issue is so rampant that the Lubbock Texas Better Business Bureau has been interviewed by the local news stations concerning the complaint of fraud by customers across the country! .
